SAS Chosen as CICT Partner for Content Development
The Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) has named the School of Arts and Sciences (SAS) the Commission’s partner in ASU for content development.

ASU’s 1st Online Journalism Seminar
Dr Jose “Butch” Dalisay Jr., award-winning Filipino fictionist from the University of the Philippines Diliman, was one of the resource speakers at the Seminar Workshop on Online Journalism: Web Writing for Literary, Cultural, and Historical Content organized by the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) and the School of Arts and Sciences on June 3-5, 2008 at the ASU-AEOP Conference Hall, Main Campus, Banga, Aklan.

ICT caravan's last leg kicks off in Banga
Banga, Aklan - After a two-year
hiatus, the Knowledge Networking towards Enterprising Agricultural
Communities (K-AgriNet) information and communications technology (ICT)
caravan traveled the roads of Aklan to promote its services to the
farmers and other stakeholders in the agriculture sector last June 4-6.

digitization as it commits itself to develop a digital multimedia
module on pina cloth weaving for use in the Technology Livelihood
Education (TLE) subjects in public high schools nationwide.
