The Board of Directors of the Royal Institute of Education (RIEd), Pte Ltd (Singapore) awarded the “Fellow� membership grade to Dr. Benny A. Palma, ASU President in recognition of his exemplary contribution to the education system of the Philippines.

The International Advisory Councils, through Dr. Eldigario D. Gonzales, President of the Western Mindanao State University has also recommended and nominated Palma to be a Fellow of the International Advisory Council of Royal Institution (RI) of which RIEd is a member.

Said recognition was relayed to Palma though a letter dated March 22, 2005 from the Royal Institute of education Philippine office in Malate, Manila. The RIEd is a global network of professionals in education supported by the International Advisory Council, guided and supported by a Senior Council and members of the academe from Singapore, Malaysia, Peoples Republic of China, and the Philippines.
