• High School Graduate and-have a GPA (Grade Point Average) of at least 80% or higher.
• Passed the College Admission Test ASU-CAT or its equivalent.
• Submit a certificate of Good Moral Character and Integrity signed by the Principal of the secondary school from where he/she graduated.
• Passed a personal interview conducted by the College Admission Committee.
• Passed a Physical examination and submit a Medical Certificate duly accomplished by the University Physician. This is accomplished after the personal interview and before enrollment.
• Submit BPS Report Card (Form 138).
• Two (2) recent ID Pictures.

• High school card (Form 138) with a general average of 80% or better.
• Should undergo an interview and pass the BSA admission test and obtain an average rating of not less than 80%.
• Certificate of Good Moral Character.
• Four (4) copies of 1X1 picture with name tag.
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate.

• Honorable Dismissal.
• Certificate Checklist of Rating.

• Subjects enrolled/taken from ACAP/PASUC member’s school are automatically credited.
• Subjects enrolled/taken from ACAP/PASUC member’s school are subject for validation.
• Validation shall be determined by the committee composed of faculty members of the Department/Program which offers the subject.
• Test questions for the validation shall be prepared by the same committee or faculty handling the subject.
• Students taking the validation test for a particular subject should at least obtain a rating of 75%.
• Failure to pass the validation exam would mean that said students have to re-enroll and pass the subject.
• Subjects/Course to be validated with similar description and credit units with that of ASU courses and were from accredited colleges and universities with a grade of 1.75 or better shall be exempt from the validating examination.
